We truly love what we do, and we are looking to share this fun experience with some new people.

Job requirements may include any or all of the below responsibilities:

  • Taking orders
  • Making snow (operating the ice shaver)
  • Pouring syrup
  • Handing-out snoballs
  • Prepping for events
  • Cleaning up post event
  • Handling money – processing credit card payments, taking money, and making change

We understand this may all be new to you, but that’s okay! We will gladly provide training.

This position is ideal for a student on summer break, a stay-at-home parent, retiree, or even a remote worker with flexible hours who would like to pick up some extra money. Since we are primarily catering for special events, our schedule is confirmed and planned ahead of time, and we recruit helpers as needed. Typically, you will be contacted at least a few days in advance of when we’d need you to work so you can make arrangements accordingly. Although we are very flexible, when you commit to help us, we expect you to follow through, barring emergencies or illness of course.

In order to be successful at this job:

  • You should have a can-do attitude and willing spirit.
  • You should be able to stand for a couple of hours at a time and operate nimbly in a small space (we’re inside a micro bus).
  • You should work well under pressure. The work is often very fast-paced and in a sometimes loud environment.
  • You should be able to drive (or otherwise arrive) at the event location independently. We are located in the Spring Branch/Memorial area, and most of our events are within 20 miles of our home base. For events outside this radius, you will receive additional compensation for mileage.
